Paramount Sets 'Mission' for October
Paramount Home Entertainment has announced single and double-disc editions of Mission: Impossible III which stars Tom Cruise, Ving Rhames, Keri Russell, and Philip Seymour Hoffman. Each will be available to own on October 30th.
The two-disc collector's edition will include a number of features including an audio commentary with Cruise and and director J.J. Abrams, five deleted scenes, four documentaries (“The Making of the Mission,” “Mission Action: Inside the Action Unit,” “Visualizing the Mission” and “Scoring the Mission.”), a “Moviefone Unscripted” segment, in which Abrams and Cruise answer questions from fans, theatrical trailers and eastereggs.
The single-disc release (priced at around $19.99) will include only the audio commentary, “The Making of the Mission” documentary and deleted scenes.
Also available from the 30th will be HD DVD and Blu-ray Disc versions of the film. Each will feature the film in 1080p high-definition, along with English, French and Spanish 5.1 Dolby Digital Plus soundtracks with English, English SDH+, French and Spanish subtitles.
