Sony Scarin' Up 'Grudge' Sequel in February
Sony Pictures Home Entertainment has announced the DVD release of The Grudge 2 on February 6th, 2007.
The set will be available as either rated (PG-13, 102 minutes) or unrated (108 minutes) and present an anamorphic widescreen 1.85:1 transfer with English Dolby Digital 5.1 sound. Extras listed include an East Meets West featurette, a Grudge 2: Storyline Development featurette, a Ready When You Are, Mr. Shimizu featurette, a "Reel Change Montage and Deleted scenes, with the unrated edition having of the above plus Tales From the Grudge with Sam Raimi Introduction and a Holding a Grudge: Kayako & Toshio feature.
When Aubrey Davis discovers her sister Karen has been hospitalized, she immediately flies to Tokyo. Once there, she learns her sister's horrifying story and discovers that the fatal supernatural curse has been unleashed. Now, as the grudge spreads across the world, a new host of unsuspecting victims are about to become infected by the force that can't be stopped—and won't be killed.
