SYNOPSIS
In an extremely rare decision, the Catholic Church officially recognized the demonic possession of a 19 year-old college freshman. Told in terrifying flashbacks, "The Exorcism of Emily Rose" chronicles the haunting trial of the priest accused of negligence resulting in the death of the young girl believed to be possessed. Inspired by true events, the film stars Laura Linney as the lawyer who takes on the task of defending the priest (Tom Wilkinson) who performed the controversial exorcism.

Hamm Joins Reeves and Connelly in 'Earth'
Golden Globe nominee Jon Hamm (AMC's "Mad Men") will star opposite Keanu Reeves and Jennifer Connelly in the sci-fi remake The Day the Earth Stood Still for 20th Century Fox, according to The Hollywood Reporter. 20th Century Fox has set Keanu Reeves to star in The Day the Earth Stood Still, its re-imagining of the 1951 Robert Wise-directed sci-fi classic movie, Daily Variety reported. Reeves committed over the weekend to play Klaatu, a humanoid alien who arrives on Earth accompanied by an indestructible, heavily armed robot and a warning to world leaders that their continued aggression will lead to annihilation by species watching from afar.
