Plot Summary:

This biopic focuses on Vincent "Buddy" Cianci Jr., Providence's disgraced ex-mayor, whose lust for power cost him his marriage, his job, and his close friendships. Though Cianci was convicted of racketeering and conspiracy in July 2002 and sent to jail for five years, he is also credited with revitalizing Rhode Island's capital city.
