SYNOPSIS
When the Switchblade, the most sophisticated prototype stealth fighter created yet, is stolen from the U.S. government, one of the United States' top spies, Alex Scott (Owen Wilson), is called to action. What he doesn't expect is to get teamed up with a cocky civilian, World Class Boxing Champion Kelly Robinson (Eddie Murphy), on a dangerous top secret espionage mission. Their assignment: using equal parts skill and humor, catch Arnold Gundars, one of the world's most successful illegal arms dealers, and foil his treacherous plans for the plane.

'Enchanted' Star Takes Romantic 'Leap'
Enchanted star Amy Adams is in negotiations to star in Spyglass Entertainment's romantic comedy Leap Year, according to The Hollywood Reporter. The story follows the adventures of an uptight woman (Adams) who journeys to Dublin to propose marriage to her boyfriend on Leap Day, Feb. 29. She's bent on that particular date because Irish traditions says men must accept if a woman proposes on that day. Naturally, with such a specific deadline, the woman's trip gets sidetracked by the weather and other wacky incidents.

Universal Pictures has confirmed its plans for yet another installment of the Jason Bourne spy franchise. The fourth film will again see Damon in the starring role, and Oscar-nominated British film-maker Paul Greengrass.
10-23-08Warner Plans 'I Am Legend' Prequel
Warner Bros. Pictures moving ahead with plans to do a prequel to the Will Smith starrer I Am Legend, according to Daily Variety. The plan is for Smith to reprise his role as scientist Robert Neville, with Francis Lawrence returning to direct. Akiva Goldsman and his Weed Road banner will produce with James Lassiter, Smith’s partner in Overbrook Entertainment.
09-25-08Director Black Enters Universal's 'Cold'
Screenwriter-turned-director Shane Black, who directed 2005's flop Kiss Kiss, Bang Bang, will next helm Cold Warrior for Universal Pictures, according to Daily Variety. Based on a script by Chuck Mondry, the story revolves around a spy from the Cold War era who comes out of retirement to team with a younger agent from the new school to confront a domestic terrorism threat orchestrated by Russia.
