Hathaway Attracted to 'Opposite of Love'

The adorable Anne Hathaway, who was last seen in summer actioner Get Smart, has signed on to lead the cast of The Opposite of Love at 20th Century Fox, according to Daily Variety. The actress, who will next be seen Rachel Getting Married and Passengers, will star as a commitment-phobic attorney who finds her well-constructed life coming apart at the seams when she rebuffs her ready-for-marriage boyfriend.

Reynolds Gets 'Proposal' From Bullock

Ryan Reynolds, who was last seen in Smokin' Aces, is in final talks to star opposite Sandra Bullock in The Proposal, a new romantic comedy from Touchstone Pictures. The story follows a demanding female boss (Bullock) who suddenly faces deportation to Canada. She makes a deal with her young male assistant (Reynolds) to agree to a sham engagement and marriage.
