Kinberg and Kidman See 'Eight Wonder'
20th Century Fox has picked up The Eighth Wonder, an action-adventure pitch from Simon Kinberg (Night at the Museum 2), with Nicle Kidman (Australia) attached to star and produce, according to The Hollywood Reporter. Details of the plot are being kept under wraps, but the story centers on an archeological discovery that sets off a globe-spanning race.

I, Robot director Alex Proyas has signed on to helm Dracula Year Zero, Universal Pictures' origins tale about Vlad the Impaler. The film, being produced by Michael De Luca, is one of several in the works about the Romanian royal who inspired Bram Stoker's vampire tale.
