Based on the popular TV series that ran from 1964 until 1972, ''Bewitched'' tells the story of Samantha Stephens, a married housewife who performs comedic witchcraft (usually by twitching her nose) despite pleas from her mortal husband, Darrin, to stop. On the show, Samantha's relatives and Darrin's boss, among others, made frequent visits and became targets for her magic powers. Also in the series, Samantha, in her effort to be an ordinary suburban housewife, gave birth to two kids — Tabitha, who inherits some of her mother's skills, and Adam, who does not.
