Plot Summary:

It is about a man named Jeff (Modine) on the verge of a nervous breakdown after his business hits the skids and he learns that his ex-wife is marrying his old best friend. Meanwhile, a high-powered real estate developer (Laroque) moves into his building, misbelieving that he would move out for her renovation. This leads to a "battle" that might also lead to love.
