Synopsis: After Manhattan is hit with a radioactive bomb, the city is evacuated and turned into a prison. Snake Plissken, an eye-patch-wearing bad-ass, is dropped on to the island in order to rescue a female senator.
Additional Notes: At one point, Len Wiseman was attached to direct the project before apparently being replaced by Brett Ratner. As things stand right now, Jonathan Mostow has been brought into to do a rewrite, with an option to direct (10/31/07)
