Plot Summary:

Sammy Joyce, a socially awkward small-town receptionist, has a nail accidentally shot into her head by a clumsy workman which elicits wild sexual urges. She takes her case to Washington to fight for the rights of the bizarrely injured where she meets an immoral congressman who takes advantage of her sex drive.
